This form is for any of my patrons who are on my limited tiers with a "Physical Goodies" reward (or were on it for a very long time and had to recently drop)

I wanna make sure everyone gets stickers for sure, but I also may be able to sprinkle in bottle openers, prints, lanyards, acrylic standees, maybe a custom condom? And maybe a doodle in some lucky packages. I've got a whoooole bunch of these to get shipped out, but this is to make sure everyone gets a little bit of say in what they get!
