Refund/Cancellation Policy:
50% refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 10 days before the departure date
30% Refund of the advance amount if cancellation is at least 07 days before the departure date
0% Refund if cancellation is less than 07 days before the departure date
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Every member must keep his/her original CNIC.  
1) I haven’t brought any sort of drugs such as weed, narcotics etc or any other related item. If found any,in my custody, Tour de Compass has the authority to cancel my registration at the very moment. Also, if Police or other law enforcement agencies find any sort of illegal stuff in my possession, I, myself, will be responsible and Tour de Compass will not be questionable on my behalf. Also Tour de Compass will not refund money for that matter.
2) I will not physically or verbally harm any other fellow traveler during the whole trip. In fact, I’ll inform about any unusual activity to the official Tour de Compass members or my bus coordinator.
3) I’ll not humiliate/harass any fellow traveler throughout the whole tour. If I do so, Tour de Compass can take any action to control the situation.
4) I haven’t brought any sort of illegal guns/arms along. If found any, during inspection by the police personnel, I, myself and not the team Tour de Compass will be responsible for the whole matter.
5) I assume full trust in team Tour de Compass to take steps to control the situation if any mishap occurs throughout the tour.
6) Team Tour de Compass will not be responsible if any delay is caused in reaching the destination due to any sort of road (jam,land sliding) issue.  
7) I’ve acknowledged the weather conditions of the resort & would make no complain of the conditions being hostile.
8) Team Tour de Compass isn’t to be held responsible for any unfavorable event of robbery, accident etc.
9) I’ll not mock or misbehave with the team for any unlikable event. I’ll just humbly take the issue to the organizing team
10) Tour de Compass reserves the right to cancel the trip anytime before/during the trip. In case of cancellation, Tour de Compass has to refund 100% amount (when the trip is canceled before the departure date) or all the money except costs-without taking any profit- of the trip (when cancellation happens during the trip)
10) I’ll pay for any extra expense during the trip such as hiring of secondary transport (Jeeps,taxi), extra food items, extra hotel charges in case of getting stuck due to any general reason.
11) - I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall demand any compensation from Tour de Compass for any reason.
