2020/2021 Lottery Application
Mountain Island Day Community Charter School is a Kindergarten through 12th grade public charter school and requires no application fee or tuition.  Students, staff and parents are required to sign and abide by MIDCCS's policies and procedures.  MIDCCS requires students in Kindergarten through 7th grade to wear uniforms with the MIDCCS logo.  Students in 8th-12th grade must abide by a school dress code. MIDCCS has a technology fee for one to one devices (iPad or Chrome Book) for students in 6th-12th grade.  MIDCCS offers dual enrollment course work to eligible high school students.  In order for students to be successful in the dual enrollment program, 8th grade students should be ready for Math Grade 8 honors or higher, 9th grade students should be ready for Math I/Algebra I or higher, 10th grade students should be ready for Math II/Geometry or higher, and 11th grade students should be ready for Math III/Algebra II or higher.  

Completion and submission of this application enters your child in the 2020-2021 open enrollment period ending Friday, March 6th 2020 for a lottery that will be held at Mountain Island Day Community Charter School on Thursday, March 12th at 4:00pm. Parents/Guardians will receive a confirmation email after the submission of their application.  Your lottery number will be sent to the email provided on the lottery application by the end of the day on Tuesday, March 10th.  Thank you for your interest in Mountain Island Day Community Charter School.
