Building Our Future is a network of community leaders representing all sectors of Kenosha County committed to improving student outcomes.
About the Youth Voice Project: The Youth Voice Project creates an exciting opportunity for
high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors to actively engage in decisions
that directly impact their lives. Through this program, students will have the
chance to lead and participate in projects that amplify their voices in our
community. This leadership development initiative equips students with
practical skills, including conflict resolution, continuous improvement,
organizing, and event planning. Students will lead these projects with the guidance
and support of our Community Engagement Network Manager, Lawrence Kirby.
What You'll Gain: Over a span of 6 months, this leadership development program
will empower you to tap into your potential and design projects that raise
awareness about causes you're passionate about. Also, a great way to earn
community service hours!
Please submit your application form by Monday, November 20, 2023.
