PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY:
Participants are required to provide their own tables, displays, and fixtures - only space is provided. Electricity is not provided.
Participants must provide their own 10'x10' pop up canopy along with all table/chairs/displays they require for their setup.
It is required that all Participants hold a valid California state seller's permit required by state law, including any applicable business licenses, permits, or liability insurance.
Participant Cancellation:
There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee. Special accommodations may be made based on a case-by-case basis.
Weather Cancellation:
In the event that the event is cancelled due to weather based circumstances the event will be rescheduled to a future date. No refunds are given for weather based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee.
