Elevate Mentorship Scheme - Application Form 

Elevate Mentorship is a 6-month mentorship programme  designed to support your professional and personal development. 

Our mentors are esteemed industry leaders committed to guiding you toward your goals. They offer invaluable knowledge, constructive feedback, and insightful advice to foster your growth.

The quality of your application will influence your chances of securing an interview and a place in this scheme. Please take the time to complete it to the best of your ability.

The Elevate Mentorship Scheme includes:

  • 1x suitably matched industry leader as your mentor
  • 6x 1-hour sessions over 6 months
  • 2x 2-hour workshops
  • Peer to-peer WhatsApp group
  • Three in-person networking events

Eligibility Criteria

  • The programme is open to hospitality professionals who identify as Black, Asian or ethnic minority.
  • UK citizen, national or permanent resident.
  • Have joined the Be Inclusive Hospitality community.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in the hospitality industry.
