Welcome! You are signing up for group fitness classes with Lindsay Howard, MS, LAT, ATC, CPT at Keystone College. Lindsay is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM.
Each class will be an hour long and will include a mix of body weight/resistance band/dumbbell exercises focusing on getting our heart rates up. The class may be run as a circuit (multiple small groups) or one group.
- Cost: $15 per class/$5 per class for current Keystone College students*/$5 for current high school & college students.
- Where: Howell Student Activity Space located on the bottom floor of Hibbard Campus Center.
- What to bring: water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat/beach towel (for floor exercises).
*5 Keystone College students may attend each class for free.
