Join us to level up your fundamental to advanced straps theory, strength, and skill for swinging, spinning, and straps c-shaping movements. Spend your days training hard, and your nights playing hard (visiting the ocean, eating tapas, or wander the Barrio del Carmen). Every day will have a morning and afternoon structured training sessions on straps, with lectures and workshops focusing on injury prevention, performance optimization, and programming for aerials.
What: this is an aerial straps intensive working through nearly every tool, drill, and skill in the book. Koz invites you to join a straps crew to level up your fundamental and advanced theory, strength, and skill for swinging, spinning, and straps c-shaping movements. Mini-workshops will cover periodization and programming for swinging/spinning/c-shaping as well as fundamental strength training.
Who: Koz has taught aerial straps, dynamic, and c-shaping theory across multiple continents, curated multiple aerial straps teacher trainings and intensives, and produces CircSci, a podcast all about the science of circus training and performing.
Also who: you're someone who wants to be surrounded in a super inspirational and supportive training environment with lovely humans from all over who doesn't cringe at the idea of doing straps five days in a row. You also like the sound of lounging at the beach in a puddle of relaxation eating tapas with those same supportive other straps humans!

– Optional: recovery day beach or hiking adventure!
