Covering America Face Mask Request Form
We know that not everyone has the time, money or resources to get a face mask, and as lifelong sewers we're doing what we can to get face masks to those that need them in order to help stop the spread.

We (the mother-daughter team behind this initiative) are the only ones that will see this form, and you will get an email when we mail the mask.

Update 7/19/2020: We've had over 600 requests for masks and we're working through the list as quickly as we can.

We cannot fill requests for more than 10 masks.

Do you wear cochlear implants? (Note: this changes the way that we attach the ties/elastic to the mask) *
Elastic is in short supply so we often use bias tape or ribbon, but realize that this isn't always workable for people with disabilities. Is elastic essential for your mask? *
How many masks do you need? Note, we can not fill requests for large quantities of masks. *
 What sizes?  Sizing: child= ages 2-6, youth= ages 7-13, adult= ages 14+, plus sizes= 14+ with larger faces *
Do you have a mask color that you have to wear to work? *
Do you have a favorite color, fandom, or cartoon character? If we have the fabric, we'll make your mask from that. *
