Group interest form fall/winter 2023
This is an interest form for those interested in New Moon Nutrition virtual support groups for the fall/winter season - they will run for 6-8 weeks (TBD on exact schedule) from November to January. These are two separate groups that will be run if there is enough interest. One is a Holiday/New Year group where groups will be focused on strategies and skills to navigate the holiday season in terms of food and body image. The other is a Pregnancy/Postpartum support group for anyone who is currently pregnant or postpartum (up to 1 year) and is looking for support around food/nutrition, body image, and general self-care. Both of these are open to people at any stage of healing their relationship with food/body. All of these groups will be non-diet, fat-positive, weight-inclusive spaces. All participants must be 18+ years. Please note that this form is non-obligatory and is just to help determine interest and best timing - you are not committing to anything by filling it out (although we hope to see you at the groups)!

Please note that these groups are NOT a replacement for individualized treatment. All groups will be led by Meghan McGann, registered dietitian, who will lead discussions and offer insights where possible but she will not be offering individualized medical/nutrition advice. If you are looking for individual support separately or in addition to the groups, we are happy to help facilitate that if possible.

Each group will be limited to 8-10 participants max so we can keep it a cozy and familiar place. Group enrollment will be priced between $200-300 with payment plans and equity pricing available.
