Backpacks for Ukraine - Backpack/School Supplies Pick Up Request Form
Hello there!

Thank you so much for creating a backpack for "Backpacks for Ukraine." We at Project Power Global and the Canadian Ukrainian Immigrant Aid Society are so grateful for your support.

This form is to request pick up for your backpacks/school supplies ONLY. If you are able to drop off to us at our locations PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM and instead drop off to either starting, Monday April 18th:

Please have your backpack/school supplies ready for the evening of April 27/28th so that we can pick it up!  See the images below as examples of what your backpacks should look like.
