Hello, parents!

With our school growing we felt it was time to take another look at the structure of PTF and create a more inclusive, efficient system. Our hope is that this structure will encourage more individuals to get involved, create more leadership opportunities, provide greater shared investment, and increase PTF's ability to fulfill its mission. There are so many of you out there with incredible gifts and talents! We encourage you to consider sharing those things, and serving our school with PTF.

It may take a few years for everything to get up and running, but with FBCS and PTF working together, we will have lots of support in place to find success. Our strong hope is that our parents will be excited to pioneer this new organizational structure and help us get the ball rolling. Our Falcon parents are the best!

Please take a look at the chart below and consider if you may be called to serve in one of these positions. As we get this started, we know not all positions and responsibilities will be fulfilled right away, but the more people who jump in, the better the transition will be.

Team Leads may have many others working on each of the individual projects within their section. If not a Team Leader, you can still be on a team that interests you.
