Do you have the "Brudtopia" emulator on your PC and setup to host games via port 6996?(This is the emulator used in the Tecmo Super Bowl online community)  A no answer doesn't exclude you from the tournament if you're willing to work with us to get it setup *
This tournament requires use of a wired Ethernet connection for game stability.  Are you able to wire directly into your router for games?(You must be able to host on this connection) *
