Vendor response form for the 2024 Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival.

Vendor Setup: 8am to 11:30am, VIP: Noon to 1pm, GA: 1pm to 5pm.
You won’t want to miss being a part of the premier beer and food tasting event of the summer featuring more than 60 craft breweries from across the state, local restaurants and cuisine partners, food trucks, live bands and more! Participants will enjoy free beer, food samples, live music, mingling with craft brewmasters, and fellow enthusiasts.Live Entertainment!

The Hungry Williams: 2:45-5pm
Please use this form to register your brand for participation in the festival as a vendor. Each vendor will be allocated four passes for staff to pour. Brewery participants will be provided a $300 stipend for product, and food vendors will be provided a $300 stipend for food samples.
This event is hosted by the Wisconsin Brewers Guild, a 501(c)6 non-profit organization. Your donation of your stipend to assist in defraying costs from this event are greatly appreciated! Otherwise all invoices are to: Wisconsin Brewers Guild.
A week or so before the event will will send out a complete set of check-in, load-in, and clean-up instructions. Each vendor will be provided a six or eight foot table, ice, dump buckets, and sample glasses.
