Each batch making session has 2 parts.  First on is a 90 min event where you learn about grapes you selected and start the fermentation process.  You are then invited back 6-7 weeks later to bottle, cap and label your wine.  Our wine making team will handle all of the stuff in between.  To reserve your wine making time please complete the $150 deposit towards your event.
