Student Police Academy Registration

Thanks for your interest in VTPD's free Student Police Academy!

Each semester, participants have an opportunity to learn about safety and law enforcement procedures and tactics through a mix of classroom and hands-on activities.

Sessions include but aren't limited to firearm safety, mock crime scene, officer safety, violence and crime prevention, terrorism awareness, tactical response, K-9 operations, weapon safety, and cybercrime.

A criminal background check will be completed on each applicant.
