This is 'Ceta Lah: Digital Comic Competition''s registration form.

'Ceta Lah: Digital Comic Competition' is an initiative under Executive of Media and Public Relations Officer (EMPRO)'s Graphic Design Department to gather and find hidden talents among the PMUBD members through art or drawing skills and creative designing. It is a comic-bases competition in which students are required to tell a story through digital sketches or comic.
