Consideration for Intensive Sliding Scale Sessions

Use this form if you would like to be considered for 45 / 90 minute sliding scale (online) sessions.
These sessions will be available Mondays and Wednesdays, and only during day time hours

 You are asked for a minimum 12 week commitment as this service is only for people seeking intensive work.

* Individual sessions are 45 mins.
* Couples / group sessions are 90 mins.

45 minute individual sessions slide from $170 - $240 depending upon your situation

90 minute (double length) couple's sessions slide from $360 - $530 depending upon your situation
