Only fill out this form if you are certain you would like to redeem a token. You may apply your tokens to other member's designs/characters as well as your own.

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE PURCHASES FOR A DESIGN THAT IS NOT YET REGISTERED:
- please do not fill out the form yet, as the design mods will make your purchases for you when they register your design
- make sure to fill out the purchases you need to make on the Purchase Form piece of the design's artist comments

The design should start with MD/PD/AD and be followed by a number. If you are purchasing a new design, a design mod will enter your token for you when they number your design. You MUST have a registered design number to be able to redeem tokens for it.

If the Design Number is not used, your purchase will be declined and you will be asked to resubmit.
