American Hero Expo Registration

Please provide the following information for the American Hero Expo hosted by Motlow State Community College on October 20, 2022, from 9am-2pm at the Tennessee Army National Guard Base located at
686 Fitzhugh Blvd. Smyrna, TN. This event is designed to provide leadership and technical training to students exploring careers as First Responders. Students will engage in hands-on problem-solving and team building while being provided insight and technical training from outstanding military personnel and first responders.

Lunch is provided and attire should be school appropriate attire along with boots, or closed shoes appropriate for walking in fields/woods. There is no cost for students or their instructors to register for this event. Please complete one registration form for each attendee.

I promise not to hold Motlow State Community College or the Tennessee Army National Guard liable for any injuries occurring while I am in participating in the American Hero Expo. I am aware of the risks of choosing to participate in this activity, and I accept responsibility for these risks. I will reimburse Motlow State Community College or the Tennessee Army National Guard for any costs they incur because of my participation in this activity. I agree to indemnify the releases for any loss or costs, including medical bills, court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in this activity, whether this loss is a result of negligence of releases or otherwise.
This agreement will also prevent myself or my family from suing Motlow State Community College or the Tennessee Army National Guard. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee.
