Sponsor Registration
• Please submit this Sponsor Application Form with appropriate payment to guarantee your space.
• Payment constitutes acceptance of these conditions.  

Sponsor Details
• Conference hours will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• All sharing is done virtually, either live at the conference, social media posts pre/post event, and/or online/email blasts and recognition.

Sponsor Content
• All Sponsor details, including logos, contact info, website, social media posts, etc. must be provided to Conference organizers prior to the day of the conference and are subject to approval.
• Undignified methods of attracting attention during the virtual session announcement are prohibited.
• The Sponsor agrees to share/exhibit only those items or a service normally supplied or manufactured by said Sponsor in the normal course of business.
• The Colorado Breastfeeding Coalition and LLL of Mountain Plains reserve the right to make any changes it deems necessary and retains the right to control, remove, prohibit, and refuse any exhibit materials and items it considers inappropriate or unacceptable.
• The Sponsor and all content/materials shared during the conference must be World Health Organization (WHO) Code Compliant (Code = International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes).


Contracted Services
• The Sponsor agrees to accept the terms and conditions contained in the agreement between the Colorado Breastfeeding Coalition and LLL of Mountain Plains on matters and questions not covered in this contract.
• If you choose to attend conference sessions and receive continuing education credits provided during the conference, you must register for them and pay the applicable fees.
