This is a simple form with only a few questions that enables us to contact you and invite you to a training session at the club. Depending on the time of year this will either be an indoor net session or an outdoor practice session at our club. We always contact people who have filled in this form.
You will need to bring your own playing equipment in order to attend a session and to play at the club. We do not provide equipment.
