Thank you for your inquiry about the Hope Shores Scholarship Fund. Our policy is to provide scholarships for specific amounts according to need. We only ask that you be respectful of the intended purpose of camp scholarships. These limited funds are made available to those campers that would otherwise be unable to come to camp.

Scholarship Request Details:

1)  We ask all families to provide a minimum amount per child ($50 deposit) and camp will work to accommodate you based on funds available. A specified portion of the amount paid will be allocated for the camper to have money at canteen. Any amount given for canteen following the scholarship dispersant will go towards offsetting the scholarship. Scholarships will be given according to each family’s ability to pay and our maximum scholarship fund limit.

2)  Scholarship requests are DUE ONE WEEK PRIOR to the start of your camper's week at Hope Shores. Scholarship requests submitted after that date will not be processed.

3)  Scholarships cannot be processed without an account on our online registration system, UltraCamp. Please take the time to create an account prior to completing this form.

We want every child to enjoy Hope Shores Bible Camp. Our scholarships exist to help families which are unable to afford this opportunity for their children. We are pleased to be able to offer this option for campers needing assistance.
