Information about the retreat
- Mindfulness retreat in the Plum Village tradition
- Date: Thursday 16th (starting around 18.00) - Sunday 19th of May 2024 (finishing before noon)
- Location: Mundekulla 101, Kalmar County. 361 95, Sweden
- Led by:
Jem Fredhamn (dharma teacher),
Brother Phap Xa (monastic brother from EIAB in the Plum Village tradition)
Brother Troi Khiet Tam (monastic brother from EIAB in the Plum Village tradition)
- Organised by: members of the meditation groups
WakeUp Lund, Sangha Malmö, Wake Up Stockholm
What to expect- Dharma talks by the monastics
- guided sitting meditation
- walking meditation in the beautiful nature outside
- guided deep relaxation
- working meditation (e.g. help with the cleaning of spaces)
- a happy and peaceful time together
The registration to the event covers 3 overnight stays, and all meals during the event.
There are the following price tiers:- Regular ticket: 3000 SEK
- Sponsor ticket: 3400 SEK (Helping covering part of the price of someone that has limited means)
- Discounted price: 2600 SEK (Only
available if there are sponsors)
There is a cancellation fee of
- 20% of the price for cancellation until the 02/05/2024;
- 100% of the price thereafter.

- Please make a payment by Swish or bank transfer.

- You need to be at least 18 years old in order to participate.
- No pets, no drugs, no alcohol, no smoking.
- Please note that you will need to bring your own bed sheets and towel
- Transportation to and from Mundekulla is not provided by the organizers
