Someone  in your life thinks you would enjoy and  be a great contributor to this 3-day weekend program! 2 days in person, and on the 3rd day, your story will be shared online!

**Please only submit this application if you are available the weekend of November 6-8, 2020.  6 PM to 9 PM on Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and on Sunday, your performance will stream online!

**Program has a fee of $125 for the entire weekend participation including all meals and snacks.  Please indicate by checking the statement below if you would like to be considered for financial assistance. Generous scholarships are available through the support of Busey Bank and The McGuire Home Collection. Acceptance to the program will not be influenced by ability to pay.
