Welcome to our official Book Bundle Request Form from Youth Services at Monona Public Library! This is a new service we are offering to our families and partner schools/organizations. This form is great to use if you don't have time to come and browse at the library--instead, you can have one of our librarians put together some great reads based on the form you submit! We will account for:

1. Diverse representation in selected materials
2. Age, reading level, and topics of interest you include in the form
3. A mixture of new and classic books/materials for your bundle

Your Book Bundle Request will be filled in 2-3 business days, and you will be notified when your bundle has been checked out to your account. You will also receive instructions for both in-building and curbside pickup. Questions? Email us at: youth@mononalibrary.org
