2025 HHPA Beach Rules

  1. Swimming is at your own risk.

  2. Always lock the gate when you leave.

  3. Dispose of all trash in the designated bins, or outside the gate if necessary.

  4. Respect the rights of other members regarding pets.

  5. Always clean up after your dog.

  6. Turn off all faucets after use.

  7. Personal items (e.g., toys, beach chairs, tents) must not be left on the beach. Items left behind will be discarded.

  8. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  9. Disruptive pets are not allowed.

  10. Unauthorized beach fires or bonfires are prohibited.

Reservations:

Members may reserve the beach for parties by completing this form.

Reservations do not guarantee exclusive use, but events will not be double-booked.

Cleanup Requirements:

Members are responsible for cleaning up after their events.

All trash must be placed in designated bins, disposed of properly, or taken to the curb near the double gate doors for garbage pickup.

Failure to clean up properly may result in loss of beach privileges.

Deposit for Cleanup:

A refundable deposit may be required for party reservations.

The deposit will be refunded if the area is left clean and undamaged.

Details regarding the deposit policy will be finalized and communicated soon.
