In an effort to avoid duplication of Food Truck types, we as that you please be as specific as possible in completing the following questions.

Do you offer eco friendly serving containers and disposal options? Priority is given to food trucks that work to reduce waste and trash. *

(Acceptance of Vendors): I understand participation in the Night Market is first-come, first-served and limited. Every effort possible will be made to not duplicate Food Truck types. Completing this application is NOT a guarantee of acceptance. Uncover Squirrel Hill reserves the right to decline acceptance. Vendors will be notified if you are approved. *
