The
Department of Food Science and Technology (FST) of Kwame Nkrumah University of
Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, in collaboration with the University of
British Columbia (UBC), Canada are organizing the Short Course in Applied
Rheology from 7th to 9th
May 2024.
The
objective of this short course is to train interested stakeholders in the field
of applied rheology.
The
short course can be attended in-person or online/virtual.
Note: FST-KNUST
has acquired a state-of-the-art rheometer to be used for training, research and
analysis of rheological properties of biopolymers, food and non-food materials.

Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th May, 2024.
