Welcome to the Maker Access Pass ("MAP") Letter of Interest submission form.  The Maker Access Pass is a 'site-agnostic' browser-based training and credentialing program designed and administered by the University of Wyoming Innovation Wyrkshop to equip makers of all ages and abilities with the necessary tools to thrive and innovate, while gating access to hardware and software only to trained users.

Here, you can read about current Maker Access Pass sites, review lists of workshops and equipment, and browse an active and ever-evolving knowledge base that hosts common questions, answers, and resources for new users and administrators. We also encourage you to enroll in the MAP and see the course curriculum for yourself as a mock student by joining our private administrator instance of the MAP via: https://sic.catalog.instructure.com/courses/maker-access-pass---sandbox.

The first step in potentially hosting the Maker Access Pass at your site is the submission of this brief Letter of Interest. The LOI is a simple, non-binding submission that is designed to identify alignment between your organization’s goals and possible support from the Maker Access Pass team. The LOI submission should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

LOI submissions that align with the mission of the Maker Access Pass will be considered for integration as a new MAP location on a rolling basis. Your LOI submission will guide our 2023 geographic growth focus, as well as broader program strategy. Following the LOI submission, and pending MAP mission alignment, we will reach out to you to start a dialogue intended to learn more about the goals of your organization and the MAP program can best serve your community.

There is no deadline for LOI submissions, which we check regularly.
