2024 GFS Summer Program Registration
Please use the following form to register for our Greenwood Friends School 2024 Summer Program offerings. 
**PLEASE FILL OUT A REGISTRATION FORM/SUBMISSION FOR EACH ATTENDEE.**
Participant spaces are limited, and only fully registered attendees (completed form AND subsequent payment) will have a space reserved.
AFTER this registration form is submitted, you will receive an invoice via email for payment, as well as a consent form. There is a multi-registration discount! (See below)
These are "rain-or-shine" camps, so attendees will need to dress appropriately for any expected weather. In addition, full-day campers will need to pack their lunches each day and should also bring a refillable water bottle. Art camp attendees should pack a snack & drink.
Drop-off is at Greenwood Friends School (1509 State Route 254, Millville, PA) at the designated start time.
Pick-up is at the same location, unless otherwise noted, at the designated end time.

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS FORM:
You will soon receive an email at the provided address that includes an invoice for your total registration submissions, as well as a consent form which must be completed, signed and returned before the first day (one for each registrant).
This email will also include a link for payment via PayPal (to make things more convenient), though you can also pay by check and mail it to GFS. The invoice will reflect any additional $10 discounts per registration.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
