If you purchase the NFT kit through the Special Ambassador Program and won the mystery box, please send the  reward NFTs back and provide the following information.
NOTE: If you do have a reward mystery box, and didn't send the reward NFTs back, we will manually check and would refuse your refund application until you've sent the reward back.
