Welcome
Welcome to the St Edmund's Godalming Sunday Summer Alpha Programme.  The programme starts on Sunday 30th April 2023.  It runs on Sunday evenings from 19:00 to 21:00, with a break for half-term.  Each session will include a meal and drink, a video and then some discussion.  You can register to attend either the whole programme or just come along to the first three sessions and then see how you feel about continuing.  You are most welcome to bring guests.  We appreciate that most people may have to miss a session or two.  Apart from the weekly sessions, there is also an Alpha Away Day.  Full details for the programme are below.  Please do still join us if you can make the majority of the sessions.  Please note that there is NO CHARGE for this course.
Sunday Session Details
Sessions: Sunday 30th April, 7th, 14th and 21st May; 4th, 11th and 25th June; 2nd and 9th July
Time: 19:00 to 21:00 includes light meal and drinks
Venue: The Long House, Hurtmore Road, Godalming, Surrey GU7 2RB.

Alpha Away Day
Participants are also invited to attend an Alpha Away Day.  This is a very important part of the course.  It involves videos, discussions and a picnic.  The location is not that far away - Elstead in fact.  Lifts can be organised if needed.  The details of the day are as follows:

Date: Saturday 17th June 2023
Time: 10:00 to 16:00 includes cakes, biscuits and soft drinks. Participants will be asked to bring their own picnic for lunch.  Drinks will be provided.
Venue: The Old Farmhouse, Farnham Road, Elstead, Surrey GU8 6DB
Advice On Completing Your Registration / Help
ALL participants are kindly asked to register.  Regrettably participants cannot simply turn up, since numbers are restricted and food arrangements require prior planning, particularly if you have special dietary needs.  If you are bringing a guest, please ensure that a registration form is completed for the guest as well.

It is appreciated that some people may have commitments during the course which will prevent them from attending all the sessions.  Each session includes a video.  If you miss a session, we will provide you with details of a link to the videos that you have missed.  The important thing is that you attend most of the sessions, including the Alpha Away Day.
