Thank you for interest in Prerana Yoga Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. The following application is designed to help Prerana Yoga learn about you and also serves to inform you of teacher training program requirements. Please read through carefully.

Payment in full or a $150 security deposit is due with submission of this application. Security deposit and application are due no later than Wednesday, June 19th, 2024. Please email Samantha Corbit at hasletthotyoga@gmail.com in order to process your payment.

Your training seat will be held upon approval of your application and completion of security deposit payment. Payment in full ($850) is due on the first day of training (Wednesday, June 27, 2024). Payment can be made by cash, check or card.

Failure to pay security deposit may result in your program seat being given to the next applicant. Please expect to receive program confirmation and additional training information via email within three business days of your application/security deposit submission.

Refund requests will be honored on a case by case basis.

Notice of Liability *

By checking this box I understand understand and agree to fulfill all of the requirements of Prerana Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, including in-class hours, homework and non-contact hours outside of the classroom. Upon review and consent of lead instructors, I will receive a certificate of completion from the program which entitles me to Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits. I understand that Prerana Aerial Yoga Teacher Training has the right to ask me to leave the program if my behavior is unethical, inappropriate, or in any way violates Prerana Yoga’s ethical guidelines. Under such circumstances, I will not be refunded my tuition. I understand that all Prerana Yoga Teacher Training materials cannot be reproduced by me without permission of the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action. I understand that Prerana Aerial Yoga Teacher Training does not guarantee employment. I understand that $100 deposit is due with the submission of this application and payment in full ($700) is due by cash or check on the first day of training. Failure to secure payment may result in my spot being given to the next applicant. I have read and accept all above terms and requirements and will sign a physical copy of the waiver if accepted to the program.
