How it works:

2. We send you a link to our app to share with your team.
3. Once they sign up with that link, they receive seven daily email reminders to complete a daily Check-in (10 min or less).
4. Individual employees get access to personalized content to reduce their own burnout risk.
5. After data collection, we compile a report and share the results in a 60 minute workshop.
6. The report includes recommendations to reduce absenteeism, boost employee engagement, and reduce turnover.
7. After 30 days, we will offer a follow-up assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and tweak recommendations.
