Fuengirola Open 2023 | Money prizes
With this form we collect needed information for the money prize payments of EPT-X Fuengirola Open.

Fill in the form carefully, especially check that email address is correct.

Prizes will be paid via PayPal. We do payments once a week, most likely on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Prizes will be paid by a Finnish company (Natural Born Disc Golfer) and all legal issues are under Finnish taxing laws. 
- Withholding tax 15% must be deducted from non-Finnish players. Date of birth and postal address required
- From Finnish players with prize over 100 €, we need to collect personal ID number and make a tax announcement (Tulorekisteri)
