A Collaborative Market event hosted by Twisted Carrot Farm

This Spring themed event will celebrate the solstice and new growth! We invite you to apply to be a vendor, but please read the market rules BEFORE applying.

Market Rules:

1. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE BY YOU!
2. FAMILY FRIENDLY ITEMS ONLY! YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS FROM YOUR DISPLAY.
3. CELEBRATE DIVERSITY, BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND TO ALL VENDORS AND CUSTOMERS.
4. NO PETS ALLOWED
5. THE $30 VENDOR FEE INVOICE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED ON A ROLLING BASIS.
6. THE VENDOR FEE IS ONLY REFUNDABLE IF WE ARE ABLE TO FILL YOUR SPOT. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ASSIST IN FINDING A REPLACEMENT, BUT WE MUST STILL APPROVE THEIR APPLICATION BEFORE THE REPLACEMENT IS ACCEPTED. ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE MARKET WILL ONLY RECEIVE A 50% REFUND.
7. ALL VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN TABLES AND TENT (IF APPLICABLE). INDOOR VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED ONE 6FT TABLE. PAVILION AND TENT VENDORS MAY FILL THEIR 10X10 SPACE HOWEVER THEY CHOOSE.
8. TWISTED CARROT FARM AND THE LAKESIDE FARMERS' MARKET ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR PROPERTY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS INSURANCE.
9. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. IN CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER PREDICTIONS, WE WILL CANCEL, AND YOU WILL RECIEVE A FULL REFUND. IF WE DO NOT CANCEL AND YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR VENDOR FEE.
10. OUTDOOR VENDORS MAY ONLY UNLOAD FROM A MARKED PARKING SPACE. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN A TRAFFIC AREA. INDOOR VENDORS MAY UNLOAD AT THE SIDE DOOR. AFTER UNLOADING, ALL VENDORS MUST MOVE THEIR VEHICLES TO DESIGNATED VENDOR PARKING (UNLESS YOU REQUIRE HANDICAP PARKING).
11. VENDOR SET UP BEGINS AT 9:00AM. YOU MUST BE SET UP BY 11:00. DO NOT BEGIN BREAKING DOWN UNTIL 3:00PM.
12. YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL COLLABORATIVE MARKET AND FARMERS' MARKET RULES. VENDORS WHO DO NOT ADHERE TO THE RULES WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK TO PARTICIPATE FUTURE EVENTS. DO NOT HESITATE TO REACH OUT IF YOU NEED CLARIFICATION ON ANYTHING!
