Description:

The AUS provides locker rentals to students on the second floor of Buchanan D during the First and Second Terms of UBC’s Winter Session.

Fee (no lock provided): $15 for Term 2 (January to April 28) or $5 per month

Fee (w/ lock provided by the AUS): $25 for Term 2 (January to April 28) or $5 per month with a $10 lock fee

Procedure:

1. Fill out the form below.

2. Wait for a confirmation email from an Office Administrator.

3. Pay in-person via cash.

4. Once your payment has been confirmed with an Office Administrator, you will be assigned a locker number and your lock will be given to you if you requested.

5. Notify an Office Administrator of your locker number for our records.

6. Vacate all belongings at the end of your rental term.

Terms

The terms of the AUS Locker Rental service will begin on the date your confirmation is sent and ends on the of the month or the end of the finals exam season.

You are responsible for getting a lock for your own locker.

Any items left in the lockers after the specified rental period may be discarded at the discretion of the AUS.

Locks must be removed OR returned to the ASC after the specified rental period. If you fail to remove your own lock, they are subject to being cut and discarded by the AUS.

The AUS is not responsible for any loss or damage of any items contained inside of the rented lockers.
