Join us for this Partnership camp with the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and New Hanover County 4-H to dive into the careers available in the field of marine science! Have you dreamed of working in, around, or for the ocean? Step into the roles of marine science professionals to explore the day-to-day tasks of research, education, fieldwork, lab work, and animal care. Get your feet wet with introductory experience that can help inform decisions on your own path to becoming a future marine scientist. We will explore local ocean hotspots like the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, join in on the 4-H Island and Sound Exploration program to visit an uninhabited island, and more!
