The purpose of this form is (1) to collect and publish examples on
mentoring programs designed for career advancement of women in academia and
research and (2) to inform on Gender Equality Plans (GEP) and, if given, the anchoring of mentoring measures in the plan.
The input you share will be used for an overview on various mentoring programs developed in universities, reserach organisations and institutions across Europe and their anchoring in GEP. This outline will be useful for networking and for the developemnt of joint actions in mentoring and overall gender equality, so be sure you include the contact details of the persons in charge.
The compilation of all answers will be presented at the Eument-net International Conference
"Mentoring – Potentials for advancement of female careers in European academia and research and for Gender Equality Plans" on 2-3 September 2024 held in Constanta Maritime University (Romania)
and will also be sent by email to all the respondents.
