Early Registration Discount: Individual registration forms completed before March 31, 2024- $225

Regular Registration: Individual Registration Forms completed April 1st-30th: $240

Late Registration: Individual Registration Forms completed May 1st-May 16th: $255

Payment Options
Churches will pay $500 non refundable deposit when signing up for a camp session. This will credit to your total deposit due amount. Final deposit payment is due January 31, 2024. Deposits are non refundable. Your final deposit payment is calculated:

(Number of spots held x$50)-$500 church deposit= Final deposit due

Registration closes May 16, 2024. All individual registration forms must be submitted by this date regardless of payment plan chosen. 

Option 1:
Payment is due two weeks prior to the start of your camp. As campers register, cost of camp is based on sign up date.

Option 2:
Prepay for all camp spots reserved by March 31st for a guaranteed rate of $225 per attendee. All individual registration forms must be completed by May 16, 2024. No refunds.

Option 3:
Prepay for all camp spots reserved by April 30th for a guaranteed rate of $240 per attendee. All individual registration forms must be completed by May 16, 2024. No refunds.

For options 2 & 3:
  1. Prepayment is non refundable for any spots not filled or any attendees that do not attend camp.
  2. If payment is not received by the due date, the registrations will default to option 1.
