I recognize that Chapel Hill Academy is an open enrollment public charter school of choice and I have voluntarily chosen to enroll. I understand that failure to comply with the rules and procedures outlined in the Scholar/Family Handbook may jeopardize my scholar's eligibility to attend Chapel Hill Academy. In return for supporting the school policies and procedures, I expect the faculty and staff of Chapel Hill Academy to provide my scholar with the type of education stated and implied in the Scholar/Family Handbook. *
