WCLA Webinar - Introduction to Section 64 Renewals for Licence Holders
The Western Cape Liquor Authority (WCLA) invites licence holders to a webinar via Microsoft Teams to introduce the new liquor licence renewal process for 2023. There will an opportunity for questions and discussion about this process and any other issues related to liquor licensing and enforcement.

For 2023, the WCLA is implementing section 64 of the Western Cape Liquor Act. This means that non-compliant licensees will have to apply to renew their licence, while compliant licensees will be able to do it automatically. Those who do not qualify for automatic renewal will be notified by 31 July 2022, with instructions for how to apply for renewal.
