Factors That Influence Customer Satisfaction of Banking Chatbot in Klang Valley
Dear respondents,

I'm conducting a research survey on the "The role of quality in banking chatbot towards customer satisfaction in Klang Valley" as part of my Doctor of Philosophy (Management) studies at University of Kuala Lumpur. The study will help us to understand the relationship between chatbot qualities offered by bank and customer satisfaction from the users' perspective.
