Choral Elevation Clinic Registration Form

We will ask for an approximate number of students you will bring to each event to make certain we have enough anthem octavos for everyone and that our venue is adequate for the group size. Give us your best guess/estimate. We will not hold you to specific numbers. No walk-ins are accepted without prior registration by the registration deadline. Walk-ins cannot be admitted into the clinics. See program PDF for complete clinic details.

For ease of record keeping and clarity about your commitments, please register for each clinic separately; you may come back and use the form as many times as you’d like. As long as your registration is submitted by that event’s registration deadline, your group will be able to participate. 

Once you SUBMIT your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. YouthCUE will invoice you for the clinics you choose.

Notice regarding registrations and cancelations: When a director chooses a clinic and SUBMITS, please understand that this commits your school to cover the cost of your commitment to the rehearsal. From the registration commitments we receive from individual choirs for individual events, YouthCUE then pulls the trigger in the execution of the events, in some cases with artists arranging their schedules and flying in from out of state to honor their commitment to us. Cancelation of schools’ registration fees would place YouthCUE in certain financial peril. Therefore, once registration is submitted and confirmed via email, please know the forthcoming invoice needs to be paid, even if you have to cancel your participation in the event(s) you chose.
