Thank you for your interest in the course ‘Advanced Project Management & Outsourcing in a Digital Era’!

The teaching approach underlying the course is interactive and requires your participation. Therefore, in order to guarantee this teaching approach and the dialogue among class members as well as with myself and the external speakers, the class size will be limited to ~50 participants.

For this reason and to make sure that you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the syllabus to fully benefit from attending this course, you are required to provide some preliminary information about your skills and your experience by using this form.

You will be contacted by email after February 20 and either receive a confirmation of your registration to the course or our excuse for not being able to accept your application. The confirmation mail will also contain all the information for attending the first course. Please note that a rejection of your application is definitive. Therefore, take enough time to provide relevant information in support of your application!

Since this course deals with Project Management on an advanced level, you need to have attended a basic Project Management training and/or have benefited from a significant practical experience in the area. - Pls. describe the Project Management training you have attended (and the certification obtained, if any) resp. your practical experience working on projects.

Sharing your personal or business experience - especially with start-ups - with the other members of your class contributes to an interactive, practice-oriented course. Therefore, pls share with us the areas and types of experience you have gained. Some of the research projects offered during the semester are related to the new ‘Bank Innovation Competence Center (BAICC)’ created at HEC Lausanne in 2017. With this regard, having previous professional experience in a job or internship in a bank or another financial services firm represents an asset.
