Following completion of this form we will reach out to you with an invoice for your settlement. Following receipt of funds we will notify you and pass on or post your voucher for gifting.
You can choose to receive the voucher digitally as a PDF or we can post them in a desirably crafted envelope for just £3.50 in postage. Included the voucher itself alongside a CAIM postcard and details for redeeming the voucher for the recipient to read. PDF vouchers are available until December 23rd with posted vouchers requiring to be ordered by December 20th to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged for offerings facilitated by CAIM. If the retreat or offering the recipient wishes to attend costs less than the voucher balance, the remaining credit will stay on the voucher and can be used until the voucher’s expiration date. If the retreat or offering exceeds the voucher’s value, they can simply settle the additional balance. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
If you’d like to add a personal touch, we can include a special message on one of our postcards at no extra charge. To redeem a voucher, the recipient simply needs to reach out via email, providing the voucher number and the retreat or offering they wish to attend and we’ll process the rest to secure their spot.
