WHERE IS THE SR. HIGH RETREAT?
The Sr. High Retreat will take place at the Great Dogwood Manor in Gatlinburg, TN.

WHEN IS THE SR. HIGH RETREAT?
We will be leaving for the retreat on THURSDAY NIGHT, March 3rd at 5:30 pm. If there are practices or other scheduling conflicts for students, let Carter know and we will try our best to accommodate you. Students will be excused from school on Friday, March 4th. We will return home around mid-afternoon on Sunday, March 6th.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
You will need basic supplies, such as your Bible, toiletries, towels, and changes of warm and active clothes. You will not need to bring bedding, but students may want to bring their own pillow. Students should not bring anything that they do not want to be responsible for if it becomes lost, broken, stolen, etc. The lake house is equipped with a hot tub, which guys and girls will be allowed to use at separate times. Appropriate swimwear is required.

HOW MUCH IS THE RETREAT?
The cost for the Sr. High Retreat will be $85.00. This money will cover the cost of lodging, meals, a pullover/hoodie, and transportation.

WHAT ABOUT COVID-19?
We have tried to take as many appropriate measures to help ensure the safety of our students on this trip. Students will undergo a health screening before leaving for retreat, extra cleaning measures will be taken at the retreat, and there will be limited exposure to people outside of our group while on retreat.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To attend the Sr. High Retreat, complete the registration form below and submit your money by no later than WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH. Checks should be made to the Centerville Church of Christ.

Our retreat involves various games and activities which could present a risk of injury or illness. I/We the  parent/s or guardian/s of the student mentioned, a minor, do acknowledge such risks and release Centerville Church of Christ and its staff/volunteers from liability. I/We also hereby authorize Centerville Church of Christ staff/volunteers to consent to any examination, treatment, and hospital care that is deemed advisable by a physician in the exercise of their best judgment and release them from liability. I/We also understand the inherent risks involved with our child participating in activities at and during the Sr. High Retreat which can cause exposure to the coronavirus and COVID-19, and do hereby release the Centerville Church of Christ from all liability.
