Although this is a formative idea, one approach would be to discuss a different topic each time. Discussion would most likely involve - Identifying if we have an expert available to share their experiences on the topic (10 min) moving on to a discussion or Q&A. Particularly at the beginning, this group may spend most of their time discussing problems that need addressing. Alaskans have many unique obstacles born from remoteness or siloed ecosystem.
