To administer the COVID-19 vaccine Melrose's Health Department is following the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) vaccine distribution timeline found at
mass.gov/vaccine. DPH will only provide vaccine to vaccinate one priority group at a time. Currently the Health Department is vaccinating First Responders and others in Phase 1 and residents 75 years old or older, who make up Group 1 of Phase 2.
As of Thursday 2/18 at 8 AM, individuals 65 years and older or with two or more qualifying medical conditions will be eligible to sign up for an appointment.
To streamline possible future clinics and to alert you, the Health Department is gathering information from Melrose residents interested in receiving the vaccine. Please fill out the form below. Filling out this form does not guarantee placement, nor are you obliged to attend a Health Department clinic. The form is only intended so we are able to alert you of upcoming clinics (by priority group).
